HOW TO PAY
There is a $120 minimum for opening orders. Payment can be made by pre-paid check, e-check or VENMO. All payments are processed at the time of shipment. Existing customers are eligible for Net 30 terms with approval. Late payments incur a late fee of 10% per month.
All shipping costs are charged at time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. Most orders ship via UPS Ground. Floating Tales Designs is not responsible for any carrier delays. All orders ship from our studio in Boulder, CO. Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the retailer. A nominal handling fee will be added to all orders.
WHEN TO EXPECT
Turnaround times may vary however our typical turnaround time is 7 – 10 days.
CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS
We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. There is a restocking fee for any cancellations not reported within 24 hours. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or returns must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
Occasionally some of our cards may be out of stock. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately unless directed otherwise. Shipping charges apply.
